DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This page explains how to submit a copyright infringement notice (a "DMCA Notice") and how to submit a counter-notice if you believe content was removed in error.
How to Submit a DMCA Notice

5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

What Happens After We Receive a Valid Notice?
Once we receive a valid DMCA Notice, we will take prompt action to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user who posted the content. We will also inform the user of their right to submit a counter-notice if they believe the content was removed in error.
How to Submit a Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include the following:
1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where the material appeared before it was removed (URL or other description).
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your district (or if outside the United States, to an appropriate judicial forum) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Notice or an agent of such person.
Send counter-notices to the same address listed above (dmca@[your-domain].com). After receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content in accordance with the DMCA, unless the original complainant files a court action against the poster.
Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
